TOTEM offers a complete climbing programme for children aged 3 to 17. Taught by qualified instructors in a safe and fun environment, your child will progress at their own pace.

Kids TEAM
The TEAM programme is the heart of our kids offer. Semester classes led by qualified instructors, for all levels from 3 to 17 years.
- Initiation (3-5 years): playful discovery of climbing
- Beginner (5-8 years): learning basic techniques
- Intermediate (8-12 years): technical progression and autonomy
- Advanced (12-17 years): refinement and competition preparation

BabyMove 1.5-3.5 years
Parent + child sessions to develop motor skills and a love of climbing from the earliest age. A magical moment of sharing and discovery.
Age Groups & Programme
1.5 - 3 years
Playful discovery of motor skills with mum/dad. Adapted courses, climbing walls, soft play and balance exercises in a secure setting.
2 - 3.5 years
More advanced motor development. Motor skills courses, workshops, team games and first steps in autonomy on the climbing wall.

Frequently Asked Questions
From what age can my child participate?
The BabyMove programme welcomes children from 1.5 years (accompanied by a parent). TEAM classes start from age 3, and discovery sessions are open from age 4.
Is specific equipment needed?
No! All climbing equipment is provided (shoes, harness). Your child just needs comfortable sportswear and a water bottle.
How do semester registrations work?
TEAM class registrations work by semesters. Your child can attend 1 to 2 classes per week depending on the chosen plan. Registration is via our online booking system.
Can my child try before signing up?
Of course! We offer discovery sessions every Saturday (outside school holidays). It is the perfect way to try climbing without commitment.

How many sessions per week for Kids TEAM classes?
One class per week with the Semester pass (16 classes total), and two classes per week with the annual TEAM Addict pass (plus unlimited access to all TOTEM espaces outside of class time).
What age groups are there for Kids TEAM classes at Versoix?
Classes vary by age and level. You can check our online class schedule.
How many kids per instructor?
Maximum 8 children per experienced instructor for ages 3–11, and 10 for ages 12–17 at TOTEM Versoix, Geneva. Small-group classes mean real technical feedback and steady progress.
What are the prices for Kids TEAM & BabyMove classes?
We offer either a semester subscription with one class per week (16 classes total) or an annual Addict subscription. Rates are reduced for children under 12. Check our pricing page for details.
