On La Côte, between Geneva and Lausanne. Free climbing all day, yoga and a bar to debrief.
Our very first gym opened in 2016! It stands out with its warm atmosphere and a self-supporting boat-shaped climbing wall - an architectural masterpiece and symbol of the adventurous spirit. The climbing walls offer a variety of challenges with many overhang faces.
Lake Geneva, between Nyon and Morges on La Côte vaudoise — 25 minutes from Geneva, 25 minutes from Lausanne, right in the middle. It's become the spot for lunchtime regulars, neighbourhood families and weekend climbers coming in from all over La Côte. The boat-wall is the meeting point. The bar is where we hang afterwards.
The Discovery Pass is not just a day pass: for CHF 49, you get 14 days in every TOTEM space, with open access and classes included. Otherwise, day entries and memberships are available.
If you want to come climb solo or with friends, no need to book ahead. If you'd rather take classes, we've got everything you need — whatever your level.
The self-supporting boat-shaped wall has been the landmark since 2016. Around it, varied panels with many overhanging faces — from technical overhangs to big volumes for performance. A beginner zone to start gently, and route colours that rotate every 6 weeks so it never gets stale.
Small format, family vibe: you know everyone after two visits. Between attempts you hang at the bar, watch the others, talk beta.
A regular yoga studio: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin. To wind down after climbing, or just to come move differently. Weekly classes led by teachers who know the place.
Small format, calm vibe. Mat provided, come as you are.
Climbing zone adapted to children, with holds and colours sized for them. Family format: we know the kids, we see them grow from one session to the next.
The Kids space is open access — no reservation needed. For children under 12, a parent or supervising adult must be present throughout the session. We also offer parent+child classes, BabyMove from age 1.5, and Kids TEAM from age 3, multi-activity camps during every school holiday, plus super-fun birthdays hosted by our instructors.
At the end of the session, we meet at the bar to share a pizza or tapas, over a drink. TOTEM Session — our craft beer, brewed in-house — comes with something to snack on. Our menu rotates regularly but always stays accessible.
In the evening, to the sound of music, the bar becomes the regulars' meeting spot. No need to climb to come.

Boulders are color-graded, easiest to hardest. You'll find everything from kids/complete-beginner level up to competition-grade. Rotation is regular — our setters create new boulders constantly to keep it fresh.
Yes. The TOTEM Gland bar serves drinks (coffee, beer, wine, soft drinks) and small dishes (pizzas, tapas, salads) — open to everyone, climber or not. The after-session hangout.
