Mini-Fun 4-6 years
In a safe and age-appropriate setting for young children aged 4 to 6, we offer an unforgettable week of fun. Mixing climbing and many other super fun activities, these camps take place entirely within TOTEM. In addition to climbing, your little champions will discover the many facets of our vertical universe:
- Zip line, high rope courses
- Aerial acrobatics, Ninja course, pendulum, rappelling
Multi-Fun 6-12 years
TOTEM offers children aged 6 to 12 the chance to join our multi-activity holiday camps during school breaks (indoor climbing in the morning & indoor/outdoor activity in the afternoon). Entrust your children to us during the holidays. A super fun week on our climbing walls, dedicated to the joys of gravity, all while having fun under the supervision of our experienced instructors:
- Your children are supervised Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:30
- Extended care available from 7:30 to 18:30
Ado-Fun 12+ years
Ado-Fun camps are designed for teenagers aged 12 and up looking for an intense and stimulating sports programme. On the menu: advanced wall and lead climbing, team challenges, slackline, ninja courses and outdoor excursions when the weather allows. The ideal camp to push your limits and make friends in a dynamic and friendly atmosphere.

Outdoor Climbing Camps
For young people aged 10 to 16, TOTEM offers two outdoor options to try real rock climbing

Everything you need to know before the first day.
Drop your child off in the morning between 8:00 and 8:30. Pick-up at 16:30. Extended care from 7:30 to 8:30 and 16:30 to 18:30.
Sports clothes, water bottle, sunscreen, cap. Climbing equipment is provided.

What's the minimum age for summer camps in Gland, Vaud?
From age 4 for MINI-FUN (mornings), from age 6 for MULTI-FUN (full day, multi-activities), from age 12 for ADO-FUN, and from age 10 for EVASION and AVENTURE (outdoor outings). Five formats to choose from depending on age at TOTEM Gland, Vaud.
How does supervision work during camp?
Children are supervised by our instructors (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and grouped by age and level. Snacks, drinks, and lunch are included. You can add extended childcare hours if needed.
What activities are there during camp?
Activities vary depending on the children's age and camp type. For example, in multi-fun and ado-fun camps, children alternate between indoor bouldering and various activities (tree-top adventure park, paddling, ninja, trampoline, etc.). The final schedule depends on weather, among other things.
