About TOTEM Escalade
Building a Community - Sharing a Passion
The first TOTEM Escalade space opened in Gland in 2016.
What started as a small fun project quickly became an all-consuming passion, with the goal of offering unique and welcoming spaces where climbing communities and newcomers can come together to discover and share a common passion.
TOTEM has since expanded to Versoix, Vevey, Ecublens, Meyrin and most recently Vernier! And this is just the beginning...
Our goal is to promote the TOTEM spirit in other regions through climbing, yoga and extraordinary events.
At TOTEM you'll find a friendly, warm and relaxed atmosphere where everyone can enjoy their passion for fun and sport with friends or family.
Our Story
Gland - The beginning
The 1st TOTEM space opens in Gland, between Lausanne and Geneva. What started as a small fun project quickly became an all-consuming passion.
Versoix - Geneva bound
Opening of the Versoix space, at the gates of Geneva. TOTEM establishes itself in the canton of Geneva.
Vevey - The Riviera
The Vevey space opens on the Vaud Riviera, with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains.
Ecublens - The university heart
Opening of Ecublens, in the heart of the Lausanne region, near EPFL and UNIL. The largest TOTEM space at the time.
Meyrin - North Geneva
Opening of Meyrin, at the gates of Geneva, near Gex and CERN. TOTEM strengthens its Geneva presence.
Vernier - The biggest
The sixth TOTEM space opens in Vernier, the largest of all with over 3000m² of surface. Climbing, yoga, fitness, trampoline and bar.
