One thing's for sure: you're going to sweat. Standing poses, dynamic flows, core work. We explore Vinyasa, Power, Rocket and Ashtanga. For those who want a physical challenge on their mat.
Everyone comes to Yoga for different reasons; through regular practice you'll discover new benefits and reasons to come back again and again.
There are no prerequisites and you don't need to be able to touch your toes — Yoga is for everyone, whatever your age or fitness level.
Group classes let you live the energy Yoga creates and find your inspiration through the movement and breath of the practitioners around you.
Whether you're a beginner alongside a Yogi with more than 10 years of experience or the other way around, a small glance around the room offers opportunities to connect with and learn from each other — not only through the teacher.

Although the exercises themselves are always individual, group classes let everyone share what they contribute to each session, and aim to build and strengthen the Yoga community we're working to grow at TOTEM.

Yoga is an individual activity; whether practised alone or in a group, what you do is always individual.
Private sessions are an excellent way to discover and deepen what your body and mind are capable of. Take the time to explore, with a qualified teacher, your needs and limits and to learn techniques suited to your body so as to maximise your Yoga experience.
Combining private classes with group classes can help you progress safely and effectively and may let you cross thresholds a little faster than you thought possible.
CHF 100 per hour for 1 to 2 people. CHF 25 per additional person.
Want to go deeper into a posture, a breathing technique, or unplug for a weekend retreat? We run formats like this on a regular basis.
Each studio has its teachers, schedule and vibe.
We offer Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, suitable for all levels.
Mats are available on site, but you can bring your own.

Focused on joint mobility, stretching and flexibility. A bit gentler than Power - we focus on deep stretching. Hatha, Mobility, Slow Flow, Slow Vinyasa.

Stretching connective tissue and deep muscles. Poses held for several minutes, still, in complete release. Yin Yoga and Restorative. Perfect after a big climbing session.

Absolutely. Our teachers adapt each session to all levels.
