Private Lessons - A Tailored Experience
Treat yourself to a unique moment with a private Yoga class entirely adapted to your needs. Whether beginner or advanced yogi, our qualified teachers guide you for personalized practice at your own pace.
For beginners: Discover the basics of yoga in a calm, relaxed setting.
For advanced: Take your practice to the next level. Perfect your poses, improve flexibility or explore advanced techniques.
Private lessons cost 100 CHF per hour for 1-2 people. 25 CHF supplement per additional participant. Book at least 72 hours in advance.

What yoga styles do you offer at Gland?
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Gentle Yoga depending on the session, plus specialist classes for climbers (mobility, core strength). The full schedule lives on Passmate, accessible from the TOTEM Gland Yoga page.
Do I need to be flexible or experienced to start?
No. Classes at TOTEM Nyon are open to complete beginners. Tell the teacher when you arrive and they adapt the poses. Flexibility comes from regular practice, not the other way round.
Are mats and equipment provided?
Yes. Mats, blocks and straps are available for free at TOTEM Gland. You can bring your own if you prefer.
Is yoga included in the ADDICT Pass?
ADDICT subscribers get free access to yoga classes at Gland, Vaud. For new customers, the Discovery Pass (14 days) includes yoga too.
