What positions do you hire for?
Year-round: climbing instructors (adults & kids), yoga teachers, fitness coaches, bar/front desk team, route setters. Full-time, part-time, student positions — depending on each of our 6 spaces' needs.
Do I need a qualification to apply?
Coaching roles (instructor, yoga teacher, fitness coach) require a recognized qualification. For bar/front desk, motivation and service mindset matter most — we train internally on tools and house rules.
How do I apply?
