Your first hold, your next challenge
At TOTEM, you climb walls without ropes above landing mats. Routes of different difficulties let you start gently, work out a move and progress at your own pace. For independent climbing, come without a reservation during opening hours; shoes are available to rent. The team explains the rules on your first visit.
If you prefer guidance, discovery clinics teach the basics, themed sessions focus on particular skills and course series support steady progress. A private lesson focuses on your goals. Alternate classes and independent practice, on your own or with friends; book instructor-led sessions at your chosen space.
Near you
In Vaud, three spaces serve three areas: Ecublens in western Lausanne, near EPFL and UNIL; Gland on La Côte; and Vevey on the Riviera. Choose according to your journey and the activities you want to share.
